Our Support Centre is home to our IT, Finance, People, Marketing, Commercial, Procurement and Food and Drinks Teams. Our teams are made up of people who work in hybrid, office-based and field-based roles, who all have the option of working from our collaborative and modern office in the heart of London. We’re open to trying new things and, in supporting our restaurants, are driven to succeed.

Salaried team members receive 26 weeks full pay & 13 weeks Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP). Hourly team members receive 13 weeks full pay, 13 weeks half pay & 13 weeks SMP. New fathers receive 2 weeks full pay.
Paid time off for appointments and interest free loans of up to £3,500 for treatment.
18 weeks full pay and 21 weeks Statutory Adoption Pay.
For the loss of a child under 18 years old, you'll receive 2 weeks full pay. For pregnancy loss (+24 weeks), parents will receive Statutory Maternity/Paternity Pay and 2 weeks full pay.
