How do I make a reservation at a Prezzo restaurant?

To make a reservation at a Prezzo restaurant, you can either phone the restaurant directly or you can make a reservation online through our website.

Please note, the amount of guests for a booking online will vary for different restaurants.

For large bookings, please book online like normal and this will be sent initially as an enquiry to the restaurant, who will then be in touch to confirm if they have availability.

How do I cancel my booking?

We are sorry to hear that you need to cancel your booking. 

If you have booked online, please open your booking confirmation email, scroll down to the bottom of the email and click "cancel my booking". 

If you called or visited the restaurant to make your booking, please can you call them directly and cancel over the phone.

Can I pay with cash?

No, we do not accept cash.

There are several reasons behind our shift to a cashless environment. First and foremost, it allows us to enhance the overall efficiency and speed of our operations. By eliminating cash transactions, we can reduce transaction times, avoid the need for manual cash handling, and minimise the risk of errors.

Additionally, going cashless aligns with our commitment to prioritise the safety and security of our customers and staff. It helps reduce the risk of theft, eliminates the need for cash deposits and pickups, and minimizes the potential for cash related disputes.

Furthermore, the move to a cashless system enables us to embrace advancements in technology and payment methods, offering greater convenience and flexibility to our customers. With the rise of digital wallets, contactless payments, and mobile banking, going cashless allows us to cater to the evolving needs and preferences of our diverse customer base.

We understand that this change may not be ideal for everyone, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please ensure you bring your card or form of contactless payment with you when you visit our restaurants.

Do you have private dining?

Private dining at Prezzo offers an exclusive and intimate experience for you and your guests. 
Whether it's a special celebration or a business gathering, our private dining space guarantees an unforgettable experience.

Not all of our restaurants offer private dining, so, please visit our website and select the restaurant you would like to visit, here is where you will see if private dining is an option and you can book your table from there.

Do you accept AMEX?

AMEX payments are accepted at all Prezzo restaurants

Do your restaurants have wheelchair access?

Please select "Find A Restaurant" at the top of our homepage then select your local restaurant to view their information. 

There is a facilities section which will let you know if they have disabled toilets/disabled access/step-free access. 

Can I bring a birthday cake?

You are more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake with candles, either before your booking or upon arrival. You may also bring balloons etc.

Please note that table confetti is not allowed in our restaurants due to health and safety reasons. 

Do you allow dogs in your restaurant?

Although we do not allow animals into our restaurants we do welcome assistance dogs. Our team will help in providing a suitable table where you and your dog will be comfortable while dining with us.

We do welcome well behaved dogs in our outdoor areas where there is no need to walk through the restaurant area, as long as the dog does not disrupt other guests whilst you are dining with us.

Please call the restaurant to find out if you can access the outside area without walking through the restaurant.

What is the minimum age you can dine without an adult?

The minimum age you can dine without an adult present is 16. 

Are your restaurants suitable for children?

Prezzo restaurants are family friendly. We offer a kid's menu to children aged up to 11 years old, which you can view on our menu page.

Are you open on Christmas Day?

All of our restaurants are closed on Christmas Day AND Boxing Day. 

We are open on Christmas Eve but please check your local restaurant's Christmas Eve opening hours when these are available to view.

Do you have calorie information?

In line with government requirements, we have added calorie information onto our menus. Each (completely delicious) dish is clearly labelled, and we’ve given calorie values for every additional topping. 

To view our calorie information, please view our online menu where there is the option to click on "Nutritional Information" for each dish. 

If you need to also see the prices, please click on "Find A Restaurant" and view the individual menu for the restaurant. 

Do you have a lunch menu?

We do not have a lunch menu but we have a lunch special on our main menu that you can view by clicking here.

Is there an age limit for the kids menu?

Our kid's menu is available for children aged up to 11 years old. 

Can I use a discount with your set menu?

Please note that discounts or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with our set menu. 

The only exception are purchased E-Gift vouchers or gift cards.

Does Prezzo offer Halal meat?

Currently we do not offer Halal meat at our restaurants.

What offers do you have?

Where can I buy Prezzo gift cards?

If you are looking to purchase physical Prezzo Gift Cards they can be purchased from our Prezzo restaurants with a maximum value of £200.

Gift cards with a value of £20 can also be purchased at selected retail stores such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrison's, Boots, WHSmith. 

You can also purchase an e-gift voucher code from our website, which can be sent directly to the recipient via email. You can purchase an e-gift voucher by clicking here. Unfortunately, these cannot be purchased by anyone that does not have a UK address.

Purchasing an e-gift code from outside the UK

Unfortunately, e-gift vouchers cannot be purchased if you live outside of the UK. 

They can only be ordered if you have a UK address. The alternative option would be to ask a friend or family member living in the UK to help you make the purchase. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Can I use a Prezzo Gift Card or E-Gift for takeaway?

You can pay for a takeaway if you are ordering and paying at the restaurant.

You cannot use Prezzo Gift Cards or E-Gifts for online takeaways.

Can I use my gift card or e-gift with another voucher?

Yes! Your gift card or e-gift voucher can be used with any discount of your choice.

How do I check the balance of my Prezzo gift card?

Our gift cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase, once they have expired, they cannot be extended, as stated on the back of the gift card.

You will need to have your 16 digit gift card number ready and the pin number that you can find under the silver scratch off section.

Please note - Checking your balance will not reactivate your gift card for another 18 months. 

Gift card / E-Gift Terms and Conditions

E-GIFT Terms and conditions:

1. This Egift may not be exchanged for cash.

2. This Egift is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.

3. This Egift can be used at any Prezzo restaurant.

4. No change will be given but the balance can be kept for future purchases. You will receive a new Egift code for your remaining balance through the email address supplied.

5. This Egift may be used to pay for food and drink to a higher value than the value stored on the Egift but the difference must be paid for by credit/debit card.

6. To check the balance of your Egift please visit https://www.prezzoegifts.co.uk/.

7. We reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions and, if necessary cancel this Egift.

8. This Egift can be used in conjunction with any Prezzo offer.

9. This Egift is valid for 18 months from date of purchase. Once this Egift expires, any remaining balance will be cancelled and cannot be recredited.

10. English law shall apply to the purchase of this Egift and its use.

11. Prezzo Trading Limited do not accept responsibility if your Egift is lost, stolen or damaged and it cannot be replaced. For full terms and conditions and customer Service questions please visit https://support.prezzorestaurants.co.uk/hc/en-us.

12. If you are a UK consumer and buying an e-gift or gift card to a value in excess of £42 online then you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day on which your order was delivered, provided that none of the balance has been spent.
