Why are we all here? Well, the answer is simple. Our purpose is Sharing the Joy of Italian Dining and we do this through our menu (our product), our service (our people) and our environment (our places).   

We take pride in the art of hosting, welcoming guests into our restaurants as we would our own home, with a spirit of generosity and a menu that we feel proud of. We embrace individuals who are hospitable by nature and where nothing is too much trouble.

Our Values

Our Prezzo Values are really important to us as they let everyone know what we stand for. They’re what we believe in.

In practice, this means that we treat those around us in a decent way. We’re a good team mate to have around. We take the time to include and support others. Need support yourself? You got it! Just tell us what you need.    

We’re open to what other people say, whilst at the same time, we’re also happy to share our knowledge too. That way, the team grows stronger, we look after our guests better and our businesses grow. Makes sense, right?

Just so everyone is on the same page, this is about building genuine relationships, with other team members and with our guests, where nothing is too much trouble. 

We welcome everyone as though it’s our own home. That means we’re approachable, caring and are good listeners too.

… whilst it isn’t always easy to do the right thing, we believe in being bold enough to do it, even when it’s hard, because we know it will help us and our businesses improve and grow. 

So, how do we do that? Well for starters, we’re focused on the job in hand, confident and driven to improve! That means we motivate each other and we’re open to trying new things. 

 And, if we get it wrong? Then we learn from our mistakes. 

And, if we get it right? Then, yes, we make sure we celebrate our success. In fact, we celebrate any progress we make.  After all, it all counts… why wait until we hit perfection!

We’re passionate about what we do, including the little details… if it matters to our guests, then it matters to us! If we were a stick of rock, we’d have Prezzo running through our middle.
